Philippe Mϋller was born in the beautiful city of Lausanne Switzerland and trained as Patissier Confiseur(Pastries and Chocolatier). Over the years he has worked in the finest kitchens in London and at Honold/Sprungli in Zurich Switzerland. Phillippe came to Santa Fe 32 years ago and worked as a pâtisserie chef at Swiss Bakery and Restaurant, Las Campanas and most recently has been in sales. His passion of fine foods and delectable pastries has never left him.

Philippe Mϋller and his wife Ruth a native of Santa Fe have been a part of the community surrounded by family and friends. Together with their children Brian and Camille and their love of fine cuisine and talent for creating scrumptious pastries led them to open Swiss Bakery Pastries & Bistro of Santa Fe.

As a family team, their vision is to create an enchanting neighborhood place where people of all ages could gather in a warm atmosphere for a delicious meal, decadent pastries and a hot espresso.
