This 4.4 acre parcel is an off the grid lot. Its surrounded by BLM land so has access. BLM will not restrict access, however you may need a permit from them to build vehicle access. Views from this parcel are dramatic, you can see Black Mesa to the north, Buckman Mesa to the west and lots of surrounding barranca view. This area was ocean bottom for millions of years and was more than likely the southern boundary of Lake Alamosa which dried up around 250,000 years ago.
